The village itself is in the centre of a lagoon, and hard to miss when you reach it. If you've yet to find Rito Village, it's located due north of Tabantha Tower - you can paraglide most of the way there by going straight north off the tower, or simply follow the nearby road northwards. To get there, simply work your way up the various platforms of the Village itself, and it's hard to miss. The Akh Va-quotshrine is located within the Tabantha region, specifically on one of the platforms in Rito Village.
